DTS Toolkit Resource Database
This resource database collects carefully selected teaching and reference materials on digital technical standards, all sourced from the DTS Toolkit.The project is guided by recommendations from the Expert Working Group. Each entry is tagged by content type, such as textbooks, slide decks, and policy articles.
Other types include portals, guides, and case studies. Entries are also tagged by the standards bodies they cover, such as ETSI, 3GPP, IEEE, IETF, W3C, ITU, and ISO/IEC.Each entry includes a direct link to the original material. You can use the search box or column headers to filter by standards body, format, or topic and find what you need.This helps you find the most useful items for course design, self-study, or broader research into the standards ecosystem. The database is regularly reviewed and updated.
Updates happen on a rolling basis. However, because so much educational and policy material is produced across the standards community, the list is not exhaustive. Some resources, especially new or institution-specific ones, may not be included yet. We welcome suggestions for additions to help keep the database as complete and up to date as possible.
