Summary

This consultation ran from January to March 2019. Research England had been tasked to develop a Knowledge Exchange Framework (KEF) to evaluate and benchmark the contribution UK higher education institutions (HEIs) make to the exploitation of the knowledge they generate. Research England provided a document detailing the proposed design and implementation plan for the first iteration of the KEF for English HEIs and called for volunteers for a pilot exercise.
