Summary

This consultation ran from March to May 2018. The government conducted a major review of post-18 education and funding to ensure a joined-up system that worked for everyone.

An independent panel, chaired by Philip Augar and supported by 5 experts from across the tertiary education sector, provided input into the review. The panel sought to attain evidence to inform its work.
