1) You are a member of the steering group because you have expertise in sustainability. What resources helped you gain that expertise? If a colleague asked you how they could become an expert, what would you tell them to do? Where would you point them for help?

2) When you consider the colleagues in your department / unit / team, what expertise in sustainability do they need in order to achieve the change we need? How would you gauge their appetite for resources / training?

3) What practical resources in this area are most needed by your field / discipline / department and why?
