Spotlight on complex systems: Practical control engineering education through the ACE-Model

Our Complex Systems Toolkit teaching activity “Practical control engineering education through the ACE-Model” aims to develop learners’ competence in model-based systems engineering.

Modern engineering is increasingly digital, interconnected, and system oriented. To prepare students for this evolving landscape, the Automatic Control Engineering (ACE) Model offers  a systems-driven, application-focused framework for practical control engineering education.

This resource addresses related INCOSE Competencies and AHEP 4 themes.

We’ve provided this and other practical Teaching resourcesKnowledge articles and Guidance articles for you to use and adapt, and to make it simple for you to embed complex systems concepts into your teaching.
