Finalists for the Hammermen David K Harrison Student Prize 2025

Every year the EPC is delighted to run the Hammermen David K Harrison Student Prize which is kindly supported by the Hammermen of Glasgow and named to honour our former Honorary Treasurer who was instrumental in establishing this award which was renamed after his sad passing in 2022.

The award is presented to the student who presents the best poster on the given theme which this year is ‘The next industrial revolution’. This theme has prompted the greatest number of entries ever and we are delighted to announce the five shortlisted nominees and the four long listed runners up below alongside their entries.

The posters will be printed and displayed at the Annual Congress, which is taking place this year in Manchester from 9th-11th June. The five shortlisted nominees are invited, expenses paid, to attend Congress and present their posters to the delegates who will vote to select the winner, who will be announced after Congress.
