The Engineering Council was in the process of undertaking its five-yearly review of its Standards, including those relevant to accreditation and approval. As part of this consultation, The Engineering Council sought to attain feedback on the draft Accreditation of Higher Education Programmes (AHEP) 4th edition and the draft Accreditation and Approval of Qualifications and Apprenticeships Handbook (AAQAH).

As part of this second phase of consultation, The Engineering Council was keen to receive feedback on AHEP from all Engineering Departments, and on AAQAH from those involved with higher apprenticeships, including degree apprenticeships
