Education Select Committee inquiry into Further Education and Skills

The EPC response to this consultation can be found here.

The Education Select Committee is seeking evidence on FE and skills in response to the series of reforms and challenges faced by the further education sector. In this inquiry the Education Committee will explore these issues and other pressures currently facing the further education sector, including the pay gap between school and college teachers, maths and English GCSE resits, students’ mental health.

The EPC proposes an Executive response and is liaising with the Royal Academy of Engineering on a collaborative submission.

The deadline for the inquiry is 14th March 2025.
