Members’ database help

Members portal To update your contact details, go to the Members’ Portal and click on “Access Membership Database” in the sidebar.
You should now see this page.  Click on “Sign in or Sign up !” (top right next to “My basket”)  Members database login
 Screen1a Under “Sign in”, enter your email address and the password you were sent in your welcome email and click on “Login”.  If you did not receive a welcome email, please contact  If you have lost your welcome email or can’t remember your password, select “Send me a password” and enter your email address and select “get new password” on the next screen and you will be sent an email with a new password.
You should now see this screen.  To amend your name, email address or telephone number, click on “Details” within the “My profile” box.To amend your postal address, click on “Addresses” in the “My profile” box.To change your password, click on “Password” in the “My Profile” box.To update details of the institution for which you work, your job role or membership of a sectoral group, please click on “Edit” within the “Membership Form” box. At present, the above is the only functionality we use.  We do not maintain an events calendar or collect our subscriptions using this database.  Our events calendar may be accessed via the toolbar for the main website.
